Cancellation Policy

Appointment & Studio Policies At Virginia Carter Studio, every appointment is intentionally scheduled and carefully prepared to ensure a seamless, elevated experience for each guest. Please review the policies below before booking. Appointment Preparation Each service requires dedicated time, customized preparation, and exclusive use of the treatment room. When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved specifically for you and cannot be reassigned on short notice. Cancellations & Rescheduling I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service total. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and must be paid in full prior to booking future appointments. These policies are in place to respect the time, preparation, and care invested into each appointment. Late Arrivals To remain respectful of all scheduled guests: • Arrivals 11 minutes or more late may result in a shortened service or be considered a no-show. • Late arrivals are subject to the full service charge. Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your treatment. Policy Acknowledgment By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all studio policies listed above.
